This organic cider vinegar is made from organic apples harvested in the Domaine in Normandy. It contains no sulphite and is not pasteurised so that the natural apple flavour can be preserved with all the nutrients, enzymes and beneficial bacteria still in it.

This vinegar with 5% of acidity and has a beautiful aromatic strength.
